The vision behind MBAs Without Borders is guided by our e3 principles. The e3 approach was created to ensure we have a substantial, ongoing impact on the businesses and communities where we work.
Enable
Enabling Private Enterprise: By developing strategic plans, setting up micro-credit software and facilitating trade our MBAs will accelerate the businesses they work with while abroad.
Educate
Educating Locals: The goal of every MBAs Without Borders project is the long term success of the enterprise. This is only possible if we can successfully transfer knowledge to local business people.
Engage
Engaging in the Local Community: In addition to helping a business or organization, our MBAs are working directly in the community or city in and out of work and understanding the local culture.
While our MBAs are driven by their desire to help others they are also receiving invaluable experiences. Their exposure to a fast growing entrepreneurial and developing environment is experience they will carry with them their entire careers.
